You are invited to visit my blog for news, event & school information, and activities in Allenby, Chaplin Estates, Forest Hill, Upper Village, and Cedarvale.  This is a community blog for the neighbourhoods along Eglinton Ave.  It’s your blog as much as mine and you are encouraged to visit often, contribute, send your enquires and make your announcements.  It’s a place for all of the neighbours to meet – to communicate.

The businesses on Eglinton Ave. are varied and work together to create vibrant shopping areas.  Fashion boutiques for all ages, gourment & specialty shops and a variety of restaurants for every occasion.  So much of our shopping, dining and service needs are within walking distance from home.  Profiles of the businesses along Eglinton Ave. will be a regular part of the blog.  You will get to know the merchants new and well established.   If there is a local business that you think should be recognized please let me know.  

For more than twenty years I have worked as a realtor (www.donnakoegl.com) in the neighbourhoods along Eglinton Ave. and have watched them improve year after year.  As a resident of Chaplin Estates for the past ten years the shops and restaurants on Eglinton Ave. have fulfilled so many of my shopping and entertainment needs.
